Residents, family members, staff and children were delighted. The show consisted of comedy skits for the adults, balloons and activities for the children. Our Resident Council sponsored this party, and were very pleased with the entertainment, and talked about it for days.

The “Clowning Around” workshop was a tremendous success. Twenty-three budding ‘clowns’ with a sense of adventure met every morning for five sessions to learn about the art of clowning with the emphasis on having fun. Their week cumulated in a graduation Ceremony and Performance that was attended by 100+ friends and clown enthusiasts. The boys and girls had a wonderful time at this well organized program!!!

I highly recommend Checkers Entertainment Service. She works with you in planning your event. She listens to what you want to do and then gives you suggestions and ideas. Checkers is great to work with.

The kids really enjoyed the wonderful face painting and loot bags. I think the big kids (adults) enjoyed the face painting too!! Having you take care of the loot bags was a wonderful treat for the Social Committee, as we have always done this ourselves in the past. This was a real time saver for us!!!

Several families stayed beyond the end of the fair knowing how much their children wanted their face painted by Checkers, who I’m glad to say obliged these families by staying late herself. I would recommend Checkers the clown as a great contributor to the success of any event.
